About Dorothy Duzs

Dorothy Duzs is a Dean’s List Student at San Diego State University. She’s majoring in Television, Film, and New Media with a minor in Psychology. Dorothy has directed numerous short films during her time at university, with an emphasis on telling stories that connect with her on a personal level. 

 

She has a passion for love stories, which translates in her work. My Darlington (2023) and Blind Date (2025) are both examples of how she views the world. Ever since Dorothy was a little girl, she dreamed about living in a world full of cameras and creativity. As she lives out her dream at school, she awaits what will come this fall, when she graduates early.
